ALLEN, Kathleen Dickinson

Age 49, of Elmira, NY.  Passed away Sunday September 9, 2001 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center following a brief illness.  She is survived by her husband, Gregg L. Allen, daughter, Allyssa Allen and son, Zachary Allen; sisters, Kim (Steven) Kennedy of Orchard Park, NY, Pam (John) Noviello of Elmira, NY; parents, Albert (Phog) and Barbara Allen Jr. of Horseheads, NY; brother-in-law, Gary (Karen) Allen of Brooksville, FL; nieces and nephews, Tressa, Julie, and Emily Kennedy, Alex and Lea Noviello, Chelsey and Shane Allen, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and many very special friends.  Kathleen was preceded in death by her father, William A. Dickinson in 1975.  Kathleen was a dedicated psychiatric nurse and had worked at both the Elmira Psychiatric Center and most recently at the Binghamton Psychiatric Center.  She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister.  Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Thursday September 13, 2001 at 6:30 PM in the Grace Espiscopal Church, 375 W. Church St. Elmira, NY.  The Reverend Donald Matthews will officiate.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers thoses wishing may make memorial donations to the Grace Episcopal Church, the Falck Cancer Center 600 Roe Ave. Elmira, NY or to Southern Tier Hospice Inc. 244 W.
